Would you like to receive feedback on your current community approach? We'll conduct a review of your existing community and formats. This will help you decide on growth opportunities.
The process includes an initial conversation, an audit of your existing community, and a strategic session to review recommendations. You have the opportunity to ask questions at your own pace between our sessions.
Are you clear that you want to establish a community (internally or externally) but don’t know where to start? We'll build the foundations of your community strategy together to set you up for success. Each community strategy is as unique as the business, and you are the expert when it comes to your community, so this will be a highly collaborative approach.
We’ll have virtual one-on-one sessions. In addition to our sessions, you'll receive resources and engaging tasks for independent work via a virtual collaboration tool. Furthermore, you’ll receive thoughtful feedback on your strategic ideas and the opportunity to ask questions at your own pace between our sessions.
You already have an established community and want to set-up a new community program or want to revitalize an existing one (e.g. a superuser-, user group- or ERG program)? We’ll work together to get your program running successfully.
