Hi, I’m Luca.

I’m a business coach based in Berlin, originally from the north of Germany. Everything I do revolves around helping people and teams move from inner clarity to outer impact — and fostering the belonging that makes collaboration thrive.

For me, purpose and people have always been at the center. I’m a natural connector, passionate about building meaningful relationships and creating environments where people can bring their whole selves and do their best work. My journey into coaching grew from a personal search for clarity and impact, and from my professional background in building communities.

I believe that teams and organizations thrive when they are united by purpose, grounded in trust, and connected through meaningful relationships. That belief shapes the way I coach: combining the inner work of reflection and alignment with the outer work of action and collaboration.

Professional Background

Before starting my coaching practice, I worked at the global tech company Camunda, where I built and scaled community programs that connected people and ideas worldwide. I also co-built the non-profit Signal of Solidarity, serving on the board for several years and leading initiatives to strengthen resilience and belonging.

For my master’s thesis, I explored meaning-oriented leadership and how purpose shapes effective leadership. I’m also trained in Integral Business Coaching, a holistic approach that considers both the individual and the system they operate in.

Over the years, I’ve supported numerous founders, leaders and teams to gain clarity, build trust and take confident steps forward. These experiences now shape my coaching approach, which is centered on helping people and teams bring clarity, belonging and impact into their work so they can thrive together and create lasting change.
