Hi, I’m Luca.
I’m a business coach and facilitator based in Berlin, working with people and teams who want to build something that matters to them and grow along the way.
I’ve always been fascinated by what helps people grow. How do we move beyond the patterns and assumptions that shape us? And what becomes possible when we get clearer on what matters and have the courage to act on it?
Those questions shape my work, and they’ve shaped my own path, too. I had built a career in the tech world that I genuinely liked when I started questioning whether the path I was on was still the one I wanted to follow. Eventually, I left to pursue an idea of my own, without knowing exactly where it would lead. It taught me something I still believe today: we rarely get complete clarity before we move.
That’s the space I create in my work. A space to think out loud without judgment, step back and get honest about what really matters to you. I ask questions, bring new perspectives and challenge you when it’s useful, while bringing the optimism to see new possibilities and the courage to move towards them.
Because looking inward isn’t the end goal. It’s about what becomes possible when we turn insight into action.

Before starting my own coaching practice, I spent several years at a global tech company, building and scaling community programs that connected people and ideas around the world.
I also co-built the non-profit Signal of Solidarity and served on its board for several years. During my master’s degree in Leadership in Digital Communication at the Berlin University of the Arts, I explored meaning-oriented leadership, before later training in Integral Business Coaching (ICF-certified training).
Today, I coach founders, self-employed people and leaders, facilitate teams and train future coaches. The contexts are different, but the intention behind my work is often the same: helping people get clearer on what matters, see new possibilities and turn those insights into choices and actions they trust.
Not to become more for the sake of more, but to build, lead and grow in a way that feels like their own.
